1. That Staff Report DSR-079-25 regarding 650 Cedarvale Drive for the proposed By-law Amendment and Class 1 Permit (SL-2024-024) to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 dated June 4, 2025, be received; and 2. That By-law 047-25 to amend the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for the subject lands being 650 Cedarvale Drive for site-specific variances regarding decreased minimum west interior side yard setback for the dwelling, front covered porch and waterfront covered porch/deck/balcony; decreased minimum west interior side yard setback for the boathouse and deck; and increased floor area of existing legal non-complying boathouse be approved; and 3. That Council authorize Staff to issue a Class 1 Permit with respect to the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for 650 Cedarvale Drive to increase the maximum permitted height of the sleeping cabin on top of the detached garage and decrease the minimum front yard setback of the sleeping cabin.
