1. That Staff Report DSR-072-25 regarding 1260 Shoreview Drive By-law Amendment to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 dated May 21, 2025, be received; and 2. That By-law 044-25 to amend the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for the subject lands being 1260 Shoreview Drive for a site-specific increase to the maximum permitted accessory structure lot coverage, be approved; and 3. That Council authorize Staff to issue a Class 1 Permit with respect to the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for 1260 Shoreview Drive to permit a reduced eastern side yard setback, increased maximum height, increased projection and increased width of an in-water boathouse.
