That Council resolve into a Closed Session Meeting to consider the following matters: a) Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act, 2001)  Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Appeal b) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001)  Personal Matter

That Council now rise and report at 6:20 p.m.

Special Council Minutes March 19, 2025 That the confidential direction to Staff regarding an Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Appeal be confirmed.

That the confidential information received from Staff regarding a Personal Matter be confirmed.

That the Special Council meeting recess at 6:21 p.m. to move into the Council Chambers.

That the Special Council meeting reconvene at 6:30 p.m.

1. That Staff Report DSR-043-25 regarding Community Benefits Charge - Public Meeting dated March 19, 2025, be received; and Special Council Minutes March 19, 2025 2. That comments received at the Public Meeting be considered as part of a future recommendation report for Council.

Special Council Minutes March 19, 2025 1. That Staff Report DSR-044-25 regarding 3437 Crescent Harbour Road By-law Amendment to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 dated March 19, 2025, be received; and 2. That By-law 030-25 to amend the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for the subject lands being 3437 Crescent Harbour Road for a site-specific decrease to the existing non-complying waterfront yard setback, a decrease to the minimum required west interior side yard setback for a dwelling addition, a decrease to the minimum required east interior side yard setback for converting the front existing attached garage to a dwelling addition, a decrease to the minimum required east interior side yard setback for the attached garage and an increase to the maximum permitted height for an existing non-complying boathouse be approved.

1. That Staff Report DSR-045-25 regarding 1905 Simcoe Boulevard By-law Amendment to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 dated March 19, 2025, be received; and 2. That By-law 031-25 to amend the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for the subject lands being 1905 Simcoe Boulevard for a site-specific increase to the maximum percentage increase of existing ground floor area for an addition to an existing dwelling be approved.

1. That By-law No. 029-25, being the Confirming By-law of the Special Council Meeting held on March 19, 2025, be adopted; and 2. That this meeting be adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
