That the delegation from the Invasive Species Centre regarding responding to water soldier in Lake Simcoe, be received as information.

That the delegation from the Innisfil Farmers Market, be received as information.

1. That the 2026 -2028 Nomination Form for the AMO Board of Directors, be received; and 2. That Council supports and Nominates Mayor Lynn Dollin for the position of Director, Small Urban Caucus.

1. That Staff Report DSR-054-26 regarding 1303 Belle Aire Beach Road Zoning By-law Amendment Application (D14- 2018-009) be received; and 2. That By-law 037-26 to amend Zoning By-law No. 080-13 by rezoning the subject lands legally described as Concession 4 North Part of Part Lot 22 Reference Plan 51R-28123 Part 4, in the Town of Innisfil, to Residential Semi-Detached Exception Hold (RS-15(H)), Residential Townhouse Exception Hold (RT-36 (H)), Residential Townhouse Council Minutes May 6, 2026 Exception Hold (RT-37 (H)), Residential Townhouse Exception Hold (RT-38 (H)), Residential Three Exception Hold (R3-12(H)) and Open Space (OS) Zones, be approved.

That Staff Report DSR-054-26 regarding 1303 Belle Aire Beach Road Zoning By-law Amendment Application (D14-2018-009) be referred back to staff to further review the correspondence received by KLM Planning at Council.

That Staff Report DSR-060-26 regarding the Renaming of Hastings Park to Cedar Harbour Park dated May 6, 2026 be received for information; and That Council approve the name change of Hastings Park to Cedar Harbour Park; and That Staff be directed to implement the approved name change as outlined in Staff Report DSR-060-26.

1. That the Consent List for May 6, 2026, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council, except that Items C.4, D.3 be referred to Committee of the Whole; and 2. That any items in the consent list for which a conflict has been declared are deemed not to have been voted on or discussed by the individual making the declaration.

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

Revised Resolution 1. That Staff Report DSR-060-26 regarding the Renaming of Hastings Park to Cedar Harbour Park dated May 6, 2026 be received for information; and 2. That Council approve the name change of Hastings Park to Cedar Harbour Park; and 3. That Staff be directed to implement the approved name change as outlined in Staff Report DSR-060-26.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of May 6, 2026, be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

1. That By-law No. 039-26 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on May 6, 2026, be adopted; and 2. That this meeting be adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
