That the contents of the agenda February 25, 2026, be approved, with the following amendment: Additional Item (Delegation):  Rod Hicks re: Staff Report DSR-020-26 - Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment 1015 Cumberland Street

1. That the presentation of the Engineer’s Report for the Hughes Drain Improvement, be received for information.

That the delegation regarding snow removal at the curbside of community mailboxes, be received for information.

That the delegation of regarding Staff Report DSR-020-26 - Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment 1015 Cumberland Street.

That the Consent List for February 25, 2026, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

Original Recommendation: 1. That Staff Report DSR-020-26 regarding 1015 Cumberland Street Official Plan Amendment (D09-2024-006) and Zoning By-law Amendment (D14-2023-006) Applications be received; and 2. That By-law 013-26 to adopt Official Plan Amendment No. 15 to the Town’s Official Plan be approved; and, 3. That By-law 014-26 to amend Zoning By-law No. 080-13 by rezoning the subject lands legally described as Concession 4 South Part Lots 23 and 24, Reference Plan 51R-35702 Part 1, in the Town of Innisfil, to the Residential 1 Exception Hold (R1-55(H)) and Environmental Protection (EP) Zones, be approved; and, 4. That Council deems that no additional notice or public meeting is required.

That Staff Report DSR-020-26 regarding 1015 Cumberland Street Official Plan Amendment (D09-2024-006) and Zoning By-law Amendment (D14-2023-006) Applications be received; and 2. That Council hereby extend the adjournment of the meeting to 10:30 pm.

Revised Resolution: 1. That Staff Report DSR-024-26 regarding Parkland Dedication By-law Amendment dated February 25, 2026, be received; and 2. That By-law 017-26 to amend Parkland Dedication By-law No. 097-22 be deferred, pending a decision by MPAC regarding a property tax exemption for Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, the owner of 4073 4th Line Cookstown.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of February 25, 2026, be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

1. That By-law No. 019-26 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on February 25, 2026, be adopted; and 2. That this meeting be adjourned at 10:16 p.m.
