That the contents of the agenda for February 11, 2026, be approved as amended:  Item C.8 - Staff Report DSR-0018-26 Stroud Arena and Banquet Hall Temporary Closure and Repair  Item A.1 - Special Council Meeting Minutes dated January 21, 2026

That the delegation regarding a Community Water Fluoridation be received as information.

That the Consent List for February 11, 2026 and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

Council Minutes February 11, 2026 1. That Staff Report DSR-008-26 regarding Animal Control By- Law Amendments dated February 11, 2026, be received; and 2. That Option 1 - By-law 009-26 being a By-Law to Amend the Animal Control By-Law 069-22 as amended, be approved.

1. That Staff Report DSR-014-26 regarding the Antenna System Siting Policy Update dated February 11, 2026 be received; and 2. That the amended Antenna System Siting Policy (Policy No.: CP.08-13-03) attached as Appendix 2 to this report, be adopted.

1. That Staff Report DSR-015-26 regarding Municipal Law Activity – Q4 and Year End 2025, dated February 11, 2026, be received for information.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

1. That By-law No. 011-26 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on February 11, 2026, be adopted; and 2. That this meeting be adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
