That pursuant to Site Alteration By-law No. 108-23, Council permits Watersand ICI Developments Inc. to remove fill, Council Minutes June 11, 2025 place fill, and conduct preliminary grading on their property at 3260 9th Line, subject to a Site Alteration Permit; and 3. That Staff be authorized to prepare the Site Alteration Permit, including any subsequent minor amendments; and 4. That Staff be authorized to implement and administer the Site Alteration Permit.
