That the contents of the agenda for May 14, 2025, be approved as printed.

That the presentation regarding the Summer Adventures Youth Program, be received.

That Erin Volkhammer be appointed to the Innisfil Accessibility Committee for the remainder of the Committee term.

1. That the Consent List for May 14, 2025, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council, except that Items C.3, C.4, C.5 and F.1 be referred to Committee of the Whole; and 2. That any items in the consent list for which conflict has been declared are deemed not to have been voted on or discussed by the individual making the declaration

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

1. That Staff Report DSR-068-25 Innisfil Beach Park Update on Phase 1 Works dated May 14, 2025, be received; and 2. That staff proceed with the Phase 1 Works in IBP identified in the approved 2025/2026 budget, with the exception of: Plantings, including concrete tree planter beds along the pathway, plantings for an entrance garden at the new washroom pavilion, and over 100 additional trees; Bird/insect habitats; Main Beach Shade Structure; Volleyball Shade Structure; Beach Umbrellas; and Specialty Benches as shown in Attachment 3; and 3. That Staff be directed to install an off-leash dog area with water access at the east point within Innisfil Beach Park.

1. That Staff Report DSR-070-25 regarding the Town of Innisfil Corporate Social Media Use Policy Update dated May 14, 2025, be received; and 2. That Council approves the revisions to the Corporate Social Media Use Policy as outlined in Staff Report DSR-070-25.

That Clause 2 be replaced with the following wording: 2. That the project, Option #4 be added and funded by 50% ARS and 50% Parks DC Funding be used as part of the 2025/2026 Capital Budget.

1. That Staff Report DSR-067-25 Development of a Dedicated Pickleball Facility dated May 14, 2025, be received; and Council Minutes May 14, 2025 2. That the project, Option #4 be added and funded by 50% ARS and 50% Parks DC Funding be used as part of the 2025/2026 Capital Budget.

1. That the correspondence from the County of Simcoe regarding Request to Consider Consent of County of Simcoe By-law 7119-25 to Change the Composition of County Council dated April 24, 2025 be received; and 2. That the Council of the Town of Innisfil consents to County of Simcoe By-law 7119-25, being a By-law to Change the Composition of Council of the Corporation of the County of Simcoe; and 3. That a copy of this resolution be sent to the County Clerk.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of May 14, 2025, be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

1. That By-law No. 041-25 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on May 14, 2025, be adopted; and 2. That this meeting be adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
