That the delegation regarding Item C.2 - Staff Report DSR-011-25 – 970 Shoreview Drive By-law Amendment and Class 1 Variation to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17, be received.

1. That the Consent List for January 29, 2025, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council, except that Items C.1, C.2 and H.2 be referred to Committee of the Whole; and 2. That any items in the consent list for which conflict has been declared are deemed not to have been voted on or discussed by the individual making the declaration

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

1. That Staff Report DSR-010-25, dated January 29, 2025, regarding County of Simcoe Municipal Insurance Pool, be received; and 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Form of Subscription in the Municipalities in the County of Simcoe Subscribers’ Agreement substantially in the form attached; and Council Minutes January 29, 2025 3. That the CFO/Director of Corporate Services & Innovation, or appropriate designate assigned by the Director, be authorized to represent the Town of Innisfil on the Municipal Insurance Pool Advisory Board.

1. That Staff Report DSR-011-25 regarding 970 Shoreview Drive By-law Amendment and Class 1 Variation to the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 dated January 29, 2025, be received; and 2. That By-law 007-25 to amend the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for the subject lands being 970 Shoreview Drive for a site-specific increase in maximum lot coverage of all detached accessory structures (collectively) and an increase in maximum height, width and projection of an in-water boathouse be approved; and 3. That Council authorize Staff to issue a Class 1 Permit with respect to the CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17 for 970 Shoreview Drive to increase the maximum permitted length of an in-water boathouse and increase the maximum permitted cumulative dock area; and 4. That the owner provides Community Benefits in accordance with Section 1.17.2 of the CPPS By-law 062-17. Deputy Mayor Fowler requested a recorded vote. In Favour: None Against: Councillor R. 1. That Motion for which Notice has been Given regarding Pickleball dated January 29, 2025, be received; and 2. That Staff be directed to return to Council with a report regarding the potential of re-purposing the tennis courts on Jans Blvd., or other possible locations that may be suitable for a pilot project that will address the requirements and needs of the pickleball community within the Town of Innisfil.

That the Council meeting be extended to 11:00 p.m.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of January 29, 2025, be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

1. That By-law No. 006-25 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of Council Meeting held on January 29, 2025, be adopted; and 2. That this meeting be adjourned at 10:43 p.m.
