That the contents of the agenda for March 13, 2024, be approved as printed.

That the delegation regarding Innisfil Uber Service, be received as information.

1. That the Consent List for March 13, 2024, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council, except that Items C.4 be referred to Committee of the Whole; and 2. That any items in the consent list for which conflict has been declared are deemed not to have been voted on or discussed by the individual making the declaration.

Council Minutes March 13, 2024 That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

1. That Staff Report DSR-034-24 regarding InnServices 2024 Water and Wastewater Rate Approval dated March 13, 2024, be received; and 2. That a rate increases of 5% for water & wastewater fixed rates and a 5% increase for water & wastewater volumetric rates effective April 1, 2024, be approved; and 3. That By-law 025-24 being a by-law to approve the rates for water and wastewater services provided by InnServices Utilities Inc., to customers in the Town of Innisfil and others, and the mechanism to prescribe rates, effective April 1, 2024, and to repeal By-law 012-23, be adopted.

That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

Council Minutes March 13, 2024 That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of March 13, 2024, be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

1. That By-law No. 021-24 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on March 13, 2024, be approved; and 2. That the meeting be adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
