That the contents of the agenda for October 25, 2023, be approved as printed.

That the presentation and petition regarding the Storm Water Pond - Green & Bardeau Street, be received.

1. That the Consent List for October 25, 2023, and the Recommendations contained therein be adopted as Resolutions of Council except that Items C.2 and D.1 be referred to Committee of the Whole; and 2. That any items in the consent list for which conflict has been declared are deemed not to have been voted on or discussed by the individual making the declaration.

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

1. That Staff Report DSR-137-23 regarding Innisfil Transit Update dated October 25, 2023, be received; and 2. That Staff be directed to implement a Pilot Voucher Program for Tanger Outlets, Innisfil ideaLAB & Library (Cookstown) and Friday Harbour Resort for an eight (8) month period; and 3. That the Pilot Voucher Program parameters include a maximum of 30 vouchers per rider per month at a maximum of $15 per voucher, for up to 100 riders.

That Staff Report DSR-136-23 regarding Bill 23 Heritage Impacts and Designation Priorities dated October 25, 2023, be received as information.

Council Minutes October 25, 2023 That Committee rise and return back into the formal Council Session to receive a report on the proceedings of the Committee of the Whole.

That the Recommendations of the Committee of the Whole for the meeting of October 25, 2023, be adopted as Resolutions of Council.

That By-law No. 092-23 of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held on October 25, 2023, be adopted.

That Council adjourn at 8:03 p.m.
