That By-law 141-13 being a by-law to establish the rates of remuneration for Members of Council and to repeal By-law 092-10 be adopted except that Section 7, Remuneration for members’ attendance at conferences and workshops, be amended by changing the per diem from $100 to $200; and That it be drawn from the Training budget.
